Mind over matter, or should i say fatter

As i mentioned before, part of my mental health battle has been comfort eating, and sadly some of the tablets worsened this. So i gained weight peeking around 22 stone.
So even though i have found some improvement in my mental health. This challenge of reducing my matter to somewhere i feel more comfortable, this is becoming a struggle with the added pressure of Christmas excess too.
What to do is the question, i already go to the gym, but find any diet a struggle to remain focused on. I’ve considered extreme options of weight loss surgery and stuff.
So i’m going to speak to the Doctors, to see what they can offer, also plan a challenge for 2024 to focus on, where i need to do more exercise. Like a 25 miles trek.
Create a focus point and use this to push you, yes it will be tough and yes the anxiety and depression will make you feel you can’t do it.

Hey, ideally I don’t want to, have spoken to doctors about help so will see how it goes with them. Currently at Pump Gyms, but looking to up it and also set a challenge to focus on
